My Story
Meet Dr. Phoenix Wong, a multifaceted individual with a unique journey from the world of competitive sports to the realm of healthcare. Formerly representing Hong Kong as a national synchronized/ artistic swimming athlete, Dr. Phoenix proudly represented Hong Kong in prestigious international competitions such as the Asian Games and the FINA Aquatic World Championships, accumulating over 40 titles in both national and international competitions.
Dr. Phoenix's passion for health and movement led her to pursued advanced education in Australia, earning a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Bond University and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University. Her diverse educational background has equipped her with a profound understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and patient-centric methodologies. Meanwhile, she contributed significantly as an elite artistic swimming coach for Australia’s New South Wales State’s Team, played a key role in developing athletes’ skills, performance, and mindset.​

Driven by her commitment to holistic wellness and athletic performance, Dr. Phoenix has become a registered evidence-based chiropractor in three jurisdictions: Canada (Ontario), Australia, and Hong Kong. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, she is dedicated to building strong patient relationships, educating individuals about their health, and empowering them to take an active role in their well-being. Dr. Phoenix is deeply passionate about serving the multicultural community in Toronto.

Had the privilege of sharing insights and stories about chiropractic care on Sing Tao Canada’s Chinese radio, hosted by the experienced Jenny Hong åº·ç¿ ç›ˆ, who has 28 years of broadcasting expertise. Known for her dedication to supporting new immigrants, Jenny focuses on topics like community living knowledge to help newcomers adapt to life in Canada. During the program, we discussed how chiropractic care can address common health challenges faced by new immigrants, offering practical advice and guidance to promote their well-being as they settle into their new environment.

Now pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), he has consistently demonstrated dedication, leadership, and a passion for health and wellness. He graduated from Western University (2023) with an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology & Major in Biology, earning a 3.95 GPA and a spot on the Dean’s Honour List (2020-2023). I look forward to his continued growth and have no doubt he will make a lasting impact in chiropractic care.
Michael Ho

Mentoring Michael Ho has been a meaningful and fulfilling experience. Currently pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), Michael brings a strong academic foundation and a clear passion for advancing health through evidence-based care. He holds a Master of Science in Sports Medicine and Health Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2022), and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Radiography (Medical Imaging) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2021). His academic excellence was recognized with the John W.A. Duckworth Memorial Award in Anatomy from CMCC in 2024.
